David Frost

David L. Frost, 83, of Brigantine, formerly of Pennsauken, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2017. Born in Camden, N.J., Dave dedicated over 40 years to the Camden School System, serving as a teacher, guidance counselor and, lastly, an administrator. He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 56 years, Connie (nee Cambern), whom he met in Texas while serving in the United States Air Force in 1956.

Dave was an accomplished bowler, an avid golfer and a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He served as commissioner of ‘Pop’s Fantasy League’ in football, baseball and golf for many years. He and Connie particularly enjoyed cruising the world, often taking their family along with them, creating lasting memories.

Dave was a devoted father to Todd Frost (Linda), Le Ann Frost (Julie Woodward), Kevin Frost and the late Micki Hutton; a doting grandfather to Jamie Zaremba (Thomas Jr.), Brittany Patterson (Ryan), Jonathan Hutton (Jaclyn Singer), Paige Frost, Kelsey Santiago (Stephen), Joseph Hutton and the late James David Hutton; cherished great-grandfather to Thomas Zaremba, III and Micki Zaremba. He is also survived by companion, Lois Betts, son-in-law, James Hutton (Cathy), and many loving nieces, nephews and friends, as well as eight adoring grand-pups.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Dave’s life from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Ramblewood Country Club, located at 200 Country Club Way, Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054 on Saturday, Oct. 21. A luncheon will follow. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to The Foundation for Pets, c/o Le Ann Frost, 2620 Cooper Avenue, Pennsauken, New Jersey 08109 and/or the James David Hutton Memorial Fund, c/o Linda Frost, 219 Mallard Lane, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey 08232.
