Celebrating Great Study Skills At Burling
During the month of September, Burling Elementary School celebrated study skills.
The following students, seen here with Burling’s principal, Mrs. Lawrence, were selected for displaying great study skills: Thomas Nasir Jackson, Nasheem Whye, Rayna Robertson, Julianna Labenski, Pearlie Simmons, Emily Labenski, and Emily McKeaney.
At Burling, Fourth Grade Is “Passport To The Future”
Fourth graders at Burling Elementary School got right down to business when they worked on their “All About Me” robot projects in Mrs. Matthews’ class. The theme this year is “Fourth Grade is our Passport to the Future.” This activity highlights the students’ interests and some amazing facts about their personal lives. Students completed their projects in time for all to see at Burling’s Back to School Night in September. Way to go fourth graders!
