Wingstop Opens In Pennsauken

Along Rt. 130 in Pennsauken is the location of the newest Wingstop restaurant. First announced in 2020, the popular wing chain opened its doors Jan. 6, at 6602 South Crescent Blvd., adjacent to AFC Urgent Care.

Founded in 1994 in Garland, TX, Wingstop has grown to over 2,000 restaurants across the globe. The Pennsauken location is the latest addition of the franchise to South Jersey, with approximately 10 stores throughout the state.

Himalayan Salt Cave And Café Offers Holistic Wellness

After the passing of both her brother and mother, Krystal Vargas was looking for a more holistic outlet to deal with her depression. The Pennsauken resident turned to meditation, which turned out to be a life-changing decision. Now a certified Reiki master and meditation guide, Vargas went from offering classes out her yard and garage during the pandemic, to opening the Himalayan Salt Cave and Café by BeYoutifully Balanced on Haddonfield Rd. in Pennsauken.

Miguelina’s Bakery Opens In Pennsauken

There hasn’t been a bakery in Pennsauken for quite some time, with residents clamoring to get one back in town. The wait is over.

Miguelina’s Bakery, located at 4928 Westfield Ave., opened its doors to the public last month. Originally further down the road in Camden, owner Miguelina Charistidis made the decision to move to Pennsauken.

Double Nickel Brewing Company Opens In Pennsauken

Here’s something to raise a glass to: on Oct. 24, the Double Nickel Brewing Company opened its doors to the public for the first time. Located at 1585 Rt. 73 in Pennsauken, the former site of the Spa Fitness Center, the business is a culmination of the dreams of several individuals.
