By now, most of you have heard the exciting news: the Camden County Improvement Authority has sold the property which used to house the Pennsauken Mart to Delco Development, LLC. The developer plans to build a high-end apartment complex and retail space there. And they’re looking to break ground this fall. So forget the ice hockey rink. Forget about Renaissance Walk. Forget the rumors about low income housing. With the county finally selling the property to a highly-motivated and experienced real estate developer, all of that can stay in the past where it belongs.
