Thousands To Turn Pennsauken Pink This Weekend
This Sunday, thousands of local breast cancer survivors, caregivers, volunteers, businesses and community members unite at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken to fight breast cancer at the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K walk. This noncompetitive, inspirational event raises awareness and funds to fight breast cancer and provides hope to all people facing the disease.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26 at Cooper River Park. The walk begins at 10 a.m., rain or shine.
