I grew up hearing stories about Dad, my uncles, neighbors, and friends. I learned to make people laugh, make friends for life, and document some of my life stories in writing.

This is my last column. I’m taking my humor and stories to the coffee shop. Thanks for reading, smiling, and the occasional back pat from new and old friends.

As a well-known old comedian from my youth said at the end of his shows, “Thanks for the memories.”
