Ahern Painting Holding Community Paint Giveaway
Ahern Painting, a Pennsauken-based business for almost a decade, is holding a paint giveaway this month for Township residents.
“Ahern Painting has been a proud member of the Pennsauken community since 2011. Over that time, we’ve accrued many custom tinted cans of high quality latex paint,” explains John Ahern, owner. “To free up shop space and reduce our extra inventory, we’re looking to give our cans of paint a suitable home in town.”
The giveaway will be held on Saturday, March 28, 8:00 a.m. to noon, or until supplies run out, at Ahern Painting, 2202 Bethel Ave., Pennsauken. The giveaway is open to Pennsauken residents, as well as members of the Pennsauken-Merchantville Area Chamber of Commerce. No outside businesses may participate. In addition, Ahern Painting requests the following:
- Identification showing residency in Pennsauken
- No returns of any paint chosen during the giveaway
- Available custom colors only – no modifications
“If people are looking for a gallon or two to paint a bedroom or a shed, this is a great opportunity,” adds Ahern. “We’re not accepting any money for the paint. If you’re so inclined to give something, we ask that you donate to a charitable cause in Pennsauken.”
