CERT Training Held January 13-15

The Camden County Community Emergency Response Team will be conducting a training class from Friday, Jan. 13 through Sunday, Jan. 15. Learn valuable skills that will enable you to assist families and friends in the event of an emergency. The class will be held at the Mt. Ephraim EOC, located at 508 Lambert Ave., Mt. Ephraim, N.J.  Friday night’s class starts at 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday’s classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and run until 4:00 p.m. Anyone interested in taking the class is asked to register no later than Monday, Jan. 9 at cert@publicsafetycc.com. Please make sure to provide your name, age, and contact information.

PHS Winter Vocal Concert Held On December 13

Holiday Illumination At Burrough-Dover House On December 9

15327245_1561958647163842_1001115623817815062_nThe Historic Burrough-Dover House, 9201 Burrough-Dover Lane, holds its second annual Holiday Illumination event on Friday, Dec. 9 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. Over 140 luminaries will provide a holiday glow on the lawn of the 306-year-old house. The house’s halls will be decked in holiday décor, and Santa will be waiting at the lit hearth to welcome visitors. Hot cocoa and candy canes will be served. Channel 19 To Feature Holiday Programming

“It’s a great time of year to provide some seasonal programming to Channel 19,” explains Ryan Wachter, township director of Pennsauken Television. “The movies we plan on showing range from holiday classics to true guilty pleasures.”
