Pennsauken Township’s Lend A Hand Program is looking for qualified contractors willing to assist residents with serious housing code violations that can be a danger or cause injury to occupants.
Interested parties must meet the following requirements:
- Certificate of current insurance
- Contractor HUD experience
- State of New Jersey business registration
- New Jersey contractor’s license registration certificate
- W-9, request for taxpayer identification number
- Contractor’s certification form
- New Jersey Lead Safe Work Practice certification
- U.S. EPA Lead Safe Certified, contractor’s certificate
