Flying Crust Pizza, the brick-and-mortar “to go” location of the Philadelphia-based food truck, is holding its grand opening on Tuesday, Jan. 8. Located at 7709 Park Ave., Flying Crust offers gourmet pizzas, over a dozen flavors of wings, gourmet burgers, Po’ boy sandwiches, and salads.
