“People can expect deep discounts and competitive prices, as well as good, quality service,” says Abid Hamdani, owner of Maa’s Furniture. “What you see and what you buy is what you get. We don’t play games. We meet or beat any prices.”

Hamdani, who has been in the furniture business for four years, owns several additional furniture stores across the bridge in Philadelphia. He was looking to expand into New Jersey and choose Pennsauken.”

“I wanted to serve the neighborhood over here. I thought Pennsauken was a good spot,” adds Hamdani. “I was looking for something close by in Jersey. Pennsauken was the right choice.”

Maa’s Furniture Store features a wide variety of Ashley brand furniture, from bedroom sets to sofas. They also carry a variety of mattresses from brands including Sealy and Stearns and Foster. Customers shopping at the store can take advantage of both law-a-way and in-store financing.

“We welcome Abid to Pennsauken and wish him the best of luck in his business,” adds Pennsauken Mayor John Kneib. “We hope that residents come in and patronize Maa’s Furniture Store.”
