Pennsauken residents are that much closer to having a short drive to grab a Frappuccino®. The site of the former Beneficial Bank property at the corner of Rt. 130 and Merchantville Ave. is already well underway to becoming a new Starbucks location.

The site has been under development for several years; last year, the old building was demolished, and construction of the new building began. According to current estimates, the building will be completed sometime in April; at that time, Starbucks will take possession of the property and begin the additional work needed to prepare the location for opening.

If projections remain on their current track, it’s more than feasible that the new Pennsauken Starbucks will be ready for business later this year.
