On October 10, 1963, Margaret married Patrick Walsh of County Galway, Ireland, and Kathleen married Bernie Gallagher in a double wedding at St. James Church in Charlestown, County Mayo. She loved hosting holiday dinners, parties, and barbecues. Her legendary potato salad, trifle and Jewish apple cake live on through family recipes. After 28 years of marriage, Pat passed away in December 1991.
Margaret married Paddy McIntyre of Corthoon, Charlestown, County Mayo on New Year’s Day 1996. Margaret and Paddy split their time between Corthoon and Merchantville each year, enjoying family and friends on both sides of the pond.
