Obituary: Thomas V. Holmes
Thomas V. Holmes, age 90 years of Pennsauken, passed away on March 17, 2019.
Thomas was the beloved husband of the late Claire (nee Leibrand); devoted father of Thomas J. Holmes (Denise), Tim Holmes, Chris Holmes (Jayne), Maureen Holmes, and the late Maryclaire Holmes; loving grandfather of December (Tim), Taylor, and Christopher; and dear brother of Mary Fletcher and the late Robert Holmes. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Prior to retirement, Thomas was employed as a line worker at Pepsi in Pennsauken for over 20 years. He was a United States Army veteran serving in the Korean War. Thomas was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching Jeopardy and Channel 6 News. He was very family oriented and his family was the most important thing to him.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.; and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Mary, Queen of All Saints Church of St. Cecilia, 4824 Camden Ave., Pennsauken. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
