The Pennsauken Education Association’s PRIDE Committee is presenting a COVID-Friendly Trunk or Treat on Sunday, Oct. 25. Treat bags will be delivered to Pennsauken families’ homes, beginning at noon that day. Volunteers will be dressing up their cars – and/or themselves – to drop off the treat bags. Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes for these deliveries.
Sign up to receive treat bags is required by Saturday, Oct. 17. To do so, email sfuir@pennsauken.net and include your address and the number of children participating at your home. Also, please provide information on any food allergies.
Pennsauken PRIDE is an ongoing campaign created to share the education successes of the Pennsauken School District with all Pennsauken residents and build strong community support for and involvement in our great public schools.
As part of the Pennsauken PRIDE campaign, members of the Pennsauken Education Association, Pennsauken Support Staff Association, and the Pennsauken Association of School Secretaries embark upon projects that will bring the public schools out into the community and the community into the public schools. To that end, members of these respective groups will endeavor to become a unified force of volunteerism within the Pennsauken community.
