PYAA Football And Cheer Registration Now Open
Registration for Pennsauken Youth Athletic Activities (PYAA) fall football and cheerleading is held every Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to noon, at the PYAA Field House, 3501 Elm Ave., in Pennsauken.
All participants must be registered by Thursday, Aug. 4, or will not be able to participate in the fall season.
Volunteer Coaches Needed
PYAA is looking for volunteer coaches for our upcoming fall football season. Ideal candidates should have some knowledge of the game and undergo a mandatory background check.
A head coach is also needed for the 75-lb. team (ages 5-6). Coaching experience is required. Important qualities include leadership, patience, fairness, as well as open mindedness. Candidates must also be able to complete administrative tasks, including completing league paperwork. Background checks are mandatory.
