Road Work to Cause Closure in Pennsauken
PSE&G will be installing a new gas main on Park Avenue in Pennsauken from Tuesday, Feb. 22, to Friday, March 11. There will be a full road closure of Park Avenue either between Finlaw and Union avenues, between Cooper and Finlaw avenues, or between Bethel and Cooper avenues for the duration of the project.
“While crews are out installing this gas main during peak commuting hours, we encourage motorists to plan an alternative route ahead of time since,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “And as a reminder, please stay extra alert when traveling through construction areas and watch for crews, debris and changing traffic patterns.”
Work hours will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
