Saying Goodbye And Thank You To Pennsauken Public Schools
By Dr. Ronnie Tarchichi, MEd2., M.S., M.B.S., M.A.2, Ed.D., Ph.D.
As I leave and hand over the reins to Ms. Caroline Steer, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Pennsauken School District community. Serving as your Superintendent has been one of the greatest honors of my professional career.
Over the past several years, we have achieved remarkable milestones together. These include new educational programs; creating over 20 vocational programs; several articulation agreements with local colleges so our students can earn college credits while in high school; and Roosevelt STEM School becoming the number one school in the State of New Jersey.
Additionally, we have enhanced our facilities and have fostered a culture of inclusivity and excellence; our collective efforts have significantly benefited our students and staff. I am immensely proud of the progress we have made and the resilient spirit of our community.
To the dedicated teachers and staff, your unwavering commitment to our students has been the cornerstone of our success. Your passion for education and your dedication to nurturing young minds have continually inspired me.
To the parents and guardians, thank you for your trust and support. Your partnership has been invaluable in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment for our children.
To the students, you are the heart of this district. Your achievements, perseverance, and enthusiasm for learning have been truly inspiring. I encourage you to continue striving for excellence and making the most of the opportunities ahead.
As I step down, I have full confidence that Ms. Steer will lead the district with vision and dedication. I am excited to see the future accomplishments and growth under her leadership.
Thank you all for the incredible journey. It has been a privilege to serve you.
