Putting up a live Christmas tree in your home has been a family tradition for longer than one could remember. And you don’t have to travel too far to get one, either. You can find a live tree that fits your needs right here in town.

This time of year, a lot of brick and mortar establishments branch out to sell a variety of live Christmas trees. Such businesses include A & J Landscape Supply and Garden Center, 2955 Haddonfield Rd., (856) 356-2083; as well as the Mower Shop, 7745 Maple Ave., (856) 662-8880. Both have Fraser and Douglas firs.

There are also many Christmas tree lots open for business. Trev’s Trees, 7027 Rt. 38, (484) 885-4732, is open this season seven days a week. They are offering Fraser, Douglas, Noble, and Nordmann firs.

This holiday season, trees are starting in the $35-$90 range, with larger trees going for around $200. Pricing always depends on size and type. If you do some homework before you head out to get your tree, you’ll find the best one that fits your budget right here in Pennsauken!
