By Frank Sinatra, AAP Editor
Pennsauken Stages is proud to present its performance of the musical, “In The Heights,” March 30 through April 2 at Pennsauken High School. The Tony Award-winning show, created by Lin-Manuel Miranda of “Hamilton” fame, tells the story of people from the Washington Heights neighborhood in New York City. Featuring characters from a largely Dominican American community, the musical is a perfect fit for Pennsauken High School’s cast.

Congratulations To Our Championship Students
Pennsauken schools have a long history of excellence in music and the arts. That continued to be the case at the 2017 Atlantic Coast Championships, held in Wildwood, N.J. last month.
The Championships are sponsored by the Tournament Indoor Association (TIA), one of the largest competitive organizations for performing arts in the nation. Pennsauken’s Independent Drumline and Color Guard, as well the Middle School Color Guard, went up against talented performers from all across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
