PMAC To Showcase New Web Site At January 11 Meeting
The Pennsauken-Merchantville Area Chamber of Commerce (P.M.A.C.) will be unveiling its new web site at its first networking luncheon of the year, held on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at the Pennsauken Country Club, 3800 Haddonfield Rd.
The meeting’s guest speaker will be fellow P.M.A.C. member Joseph Welusz, managing partner and co-founder of Accularis Marketing Solutions, southern New Jersey’s only full-service marketing, advertising and public relations agency.
Rowan College At Burlington County To Speak At Next PMAC Meeting
The Pennsauken-Merchantville Area Chamber of Commerce (PMAC) will hold its next networking luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at Marco’s Restaurant at the Pennsauken Country Club, 3800 Haddonfield Rd.
Our guest speakers will be Jonah Cooper, Jr. and Linda Bobo from Rowan College at Burlington County, who will be talking about the school’s Workforce Development Institute, a program that combines all of the workforce development resources of county agencies and its educational institutions. They will also discuss how the program builds partnerships between the college and the local business community to develop a high-skilled, sustainable workforce.

Mutt Strutt Moved To June 12 Due To Inclement Weather
Due to inclement weather, the Merchantville Mutt Strutt has be moved to the rain date of Sunday, June 12.
The Pennsauken-Merchantville Area Chamber of Commerce (P.M.A.C.) hosts the second annual Merchantville Mutt Strutt on Sunday, June 12 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. along Centre St. and Chestnut Ave. in Merchantville.
MPWC Guest Speakers At PMAC Luncheon On April 13
Mike Saraceni and Sean Fitzgerald of the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission (MPWC) will be the guest speakers at the upcoming networking luncheon sponsored by the Pennsauken-Merchantville Area Chamber of Commerce (P.M.A.C.) on Wednesday, April 13 at the Pennsauken Country Club, 3800 Haddonfield Rd.
Saraceni, who serves the MPWC as chief operating officer, and Fitzgerald, a water quality technician for the water utility, will highlight the organization’s efforts to maintain quality of life of local residents and businesses while protecting water as a valuable resource. In light of the water crisis in Flint, Mich., Saraceni and Fitzgerald intend to answer questions about water quality.

Aloha! PMAC To Host Luau-Themed Happy Hour

As the dog days of summer heat up so do the events and business happenings in Pennsauken and Merchantville.
In lieu(ow) of its regular monthly meeting, PMAC – the Pennsauken-Merchantville Area Chamber of Commerce – will hold a Happy Hour Luau, Thursday, Aug. 27 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Inglesby and Sons Funeral Home.
Inglesby Director David Hernandez will host the festive evening that will include great food, music and libations.
“We held our first luau last year in the courtyard of Inglesby’s and the turnout was fantastic,” said Tim Ellis, PMAC’s chairman. “Thanks to David, his lovely family and our wonderful sponsors it was an awesome event,” Ellis added. “We’re looking forward to another great time this year.”
