Township Committee Reorganization Held January 6
EDITOR’S NOTE: Due to increased cases of COVID-19, several changes have been made to this year’s reorganization meeting, which were not announced until after the January 2022 print edition was published. The article below has the updated to reflect these changes.
The Pennsauken Township Committee will hold its annual reorganization meeting on Thursday, Jan. 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pennsauken Country Club, 3800 Haddonfield Rd. Notice of this meeting was advertised in accordance with the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act.”
The agenda of the reorganization meeting will include the swearing in of a new mayor, deputy mayor, and committee members, as well as appointments to various positions.
The public is invited to attend the meeting virtually via Zoom Conferencing Software.
Township Committee Meetings For 2022
During the Jan. 6 reorganization, Pennsauken Township Committee will set their 2022 meeting dates. All Around Pennsauken posts these public meetings in each issue. Meeting dates can also be found at the Township website, twp.pennsauken.nj.us. Changes to the meeting schedule will be advertised in the Courier-Post and Retrospect newspapers and will be posted online via the Township’s website, twp.pennsauken.nj.us; Facebook page, Facebook.com/PennsaukenTwp; as well as both its Instagram and Twitter feeds, @PennsaukenTwp.
