Woman Charged For Pennsauken Bank Robbery

Tanya Barie, 33, of Glenolden, Pennsylvania, was charged in connection to a bank robbery that occurred on October 20, 2017 thanks to tips from the community.
Barie entered a BB&T bank on October 20, 2017 and passed a demand not to the teller. She received an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene. She was charged with second degree Robbery on October 31, 2017 and was arrested at the Pennsauken Police Department after she turned herself in, according to Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Pennsauken Police Chief John Coffey.
Under the recent Criminal Justice Reform rules, the court released Tanya Barie from the Camden County Correctional Facility with conditions while awaiting upcoming court proceedings.
All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
