The Woman’s Club of Merchantville’s Evening Membership Division will host the second annual book exchange on Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8 at the Pennsauken Free Public Library, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd. The exchange will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and run through 5:00 p.m. on Sunday or until the books run out.

Bring in your gently used books to share with the community, then take home books you have yet to read. Hardcover and paperback books for adults or children, in decent condition, will be accepted. Please do not bring magazines or text books. Any books left over at the end of the exchange will be donated to an appropriate charitable organization.

The next meeting of the Evening Membership Division will be on Tuesday, April 5, at the Merchantville Community Center at 7:00 p.m. The program will feature a presentation from the Alice Paul Foundation, an organization that works to empower women and girls to accept leadership challenges in their lives, communities and workplaces.
