Pennsauken Township’s Engineering Department has announced that a project to repave a section of John Tipton Blvd. is slated to begin on Monday, April 19.
The scope of the work runs the stretch of John Tipton Blvd. between the Food Bank of South Jersey and River Rd. Initially, concrete work will focus on ADA ramps, as well as curbs and gutters. Two-way traffic will be maintained on John Tipton Blvd. during this initial phase of construction. The road will be closed during milling and paving, and a detour will be put in place, which should only last two to three days.
The anticipated duration of this construction project is approximately two months.
