Community Raising Funds For Pennsauken Family In Need
A GoFundMe campaign is underway for a young family in Pennsauken who has experienced a serious loss.
Mike Griffin, a member of Pennsauken High School’s Class of 1988, passed away suddenly over the weekend. The 51-year-old resident leaves behind a wife and six children, the oldest being 19 and the youngest at 1.
“Mike was a hard working man who dedicated his life raising his kids with his loving wife,” wrote Lou Minore, Mike’s employer who has put together the GoFundMe page to support Griffin’s family. “We ask any little bit that anyone can donate, will go a long way for this loving family.”
“He was such a great family man,” added Maria Lipenta, one of Mike’s neighbors. “We’re all very upset at his loss and hope the community can help.”
