Cooper River Square West Welcomes Penn Lighting

WHPounds Commercial Real Estate, L.L.C. announces the recent addition of Penn Lighting as a tenant at Cooper River Square, an office complex along the Cooper River Park in Pennsauken. Penn Lighting and the ownership of the Cooper River Square West building renovated the fourth floor and its adjoining elevator lobby, reflecting sleek modern finishes and a fun, eye-catching vibe. These renovations were specific to Penn Lighting and a custom plan was created to maximize the expansive and tranquil river view for their employees.

Penn Lighting decided to move its long time headquarters from Philadelphia to the beautiful setting of the Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Established in 1960, Penn Lighting has assisted the design community as well as contractors and distributors in the tristate area for more than 60 years. Beyond providing fixtures, training, and support, they create experiences that leave a lasting impression. Cooper River Square consists of two multistory office buildings, unique among the buildings in the office and industrial park that spans between Route 130 and McClellan Avenue. The West building stands 6 stories tall and the East building stands 4 stories, totaling approximately 90,196 square feet. Penn Lighting joins tenants at Cooper River Square, including Veolia Water Technologies, Virtua Medical Group, Cooper River Eye Associates, and Rehab Excellence.
