Detectives Investigating Fatal Shooting On Westfield

Detectives are investigating after a man was fatally shot in Pennsauken Wednesday evening, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Pennsauken Police Chief John Nettleton.
Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 48th St. and Westfield Ave. at approximately 5 p.m. for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The man was transported to an area hospital by EMS where he was pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as Dexter Threadgill, 35, of Pennsauken.
