Detectives Investigating The Shooting Of A 16-Year-Old Male

Detectives are investigating a shooting of a 16-year-old male in the 3700 block of Herbert Avenue in Pennsauken, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Acting Pennsauken Police Chief Phillip Olivo.

Police and EMS were dispatched to the area at 7:58 p.m., Wednesday, July 7, for a report of a male who had been shot. Upon arrival, police located the juvenile male victim who had suffered a gunshot wound to his leg. The male was later taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Investigation revealed that the driver and/or occupants of the below vehicle may have information regarding this incident. The vehicle is believed to be a navy blue Honda Accord built sometime from 2017 – 2020.
