Final Tour Of Longfellow School Held On May 18
Alumni of H.W. Longfellow Elementary School and members of the Pennsauken community have a special opportunity to walk the halls of the school before we all say good-bye.
As many of you know, the building is set to close at the end of this school year. For almost 100 years, Longfellow has been a pillar of this community and an exceptional educational institution for thousands of individuals who live in the Delaware Gardens area of Pennsauken.
To honor and celebrate the past, present, and future of Pennsauken schools, there will be a special open house held at Longfellow, 1400 Forrest Ave., Pennsauken, on Friday, May 18, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Beginning in Longfellow’s all purpose room, there will be guided tours and displayed school memorabilia. Light refreshments will also be served.
