The last Pennsauken’s Farmer and Food Market of the 2019 season will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Throughout the summer, the Farmer and Food Market has offered a retail marketplace where attendees can shop a variety of produce, crafts, and more.
“For its first year, I think we’ve had a pretty successful farmer’s market,” says Elwood Martz, Pennsauken’s Parks and Recreation Department. “We’d like to thank Pennsauken resident Robin Schneider for all her hard work and look forward to ending our 2019 season on a high note.”
Held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Complex, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd., residents and visitors to Pennsauken are able to purchase a variety of fresh food items and other unique product offerings in an open market setting. In addition, food trucks will be on site to offer attendees a bite to eat while they shop.
