Preparations are underway for the start of the brand new Pennsauken Farmer and Food Market. Held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month beginning in May, the Farmer and Food Market will offer a retail marketplace where attendees can shop a variety of produce, crafts, and more.
“We’re excited for the launch of the Pennsauken Farmer and Food Market,” says Elwood Martz, director, Pennsauken Township Parks and Recreation Department. “During the next few months, residents and visitors to our Township will be able to purchase a variety of fresh food items and other unique product offerings in an open market setting. It’s a great way to highlight local businesses and bring our community together.”
A special kick-off market will be held on Tuesday, May 21, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Township Municipal Complex, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd. For more information, visit “Pennsauken Farmer & Food Market” on Facebook.
