Mutt Strutt Moved To June 12 Due To Inclement Weather

Due to inclement weather, the Merchantville Mutt Strutt has be moved to the rain date of Sunday, June 12.

The Pennsauken-Merchantville Area Chamber of Commerce (P.M.A.C.) hosts the second annual Merchantville Mutt Strutt on Sunday, June 12 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. along Centre St. and Chestnut Ave. in Merchantville.

“We’re excited to host the second annual Mutt Strutt,” says Tim Ellis, chairperson of P.M.A.C. “This is a great event for the many pet lovers in our community and their four-legged friends.”

A day of fun for the whole family, the Mutt Strutt features a doggie parade and costume contest, food and music, vendors, pet adoptions, kid and pet activities, and more.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Animal Welfare Association, a private, nonprofit organization, operates the oldest and largest low-cost spay/neuter clinic, adoption center and no-kill animal shelter in South Jersey; and the Foundation for Pets, a non-profit organization that helps animal rescues offset veterinary costs.
