Fire Department Escorts Santa Through Town December 9
The Pennsauken Fire Department is ready to launch “Operation Santa” for the holidays. Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, Santa Claus, escorted by the Pennsauken Township Fire Department, will visit every neighborhood in Pennsauken in a single day. Residents are asked to listen for the sirens and air horns from the Fire Department apparatus as Santa is driven around town.
Volunteer Firefighters Needed In Pennsauken
Experienced and non-experienced volunteers are encouraged to apply to become a member of the Pennsauken Fire Department. Open to residents and non-residents that are interested in the public service. Uniforms, training, meals, fraternity and many other benefits are provided to members in our Volunteer Staffed Company program.

Pennsauken, Camden And Collingswood Receive Grant For Fire Equipment
Pennsauken Township, along with Camden and Collingswood, received an important federal grant to purchase necessary new equipment for their fire departments.
