Pennsauken Stages Presents “Beauty And The Beast” March 21-24

The talented students of Pennsauken Stages are presenting a “tale as old as time.” Worldwide hit “Disney’s Beauty and the Beast” makes its way to Pennsauken High School March 21-24.

“It’s a fun entertaining show,” explains Kate Guenther, vocal music and theatre director at Pennsauken High School. “It has elements that in some way, shape, or form, our students have grown up with, whether it’s the animated movie, live action film, or Broadway show. We like shows that give us the ability to feature as many people as we can; and there were enough ways to be creative with this show that suited our kids and our style.

Pennsauken Stages Perform “Chicago” April 7-10

Paint the town and all that jazz… Pennsauken Stages is proud to present its performance of the musical “Chicago” April 7-10 at Pennsauken High School. This popular Broadway show is a satirical look at criminal celebrities in jazz-fueled Chicago circa 1920. With music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and book by Ebb and the iconic Bob Fosse, it was the perfect musical to pick for this year’s student talent.

Pennsauken Stages To Perform “The Hunchback Of Notre Dame”

Pennsauken Stages is pleased to announce their production of the popular musical, “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” Comprised of talented students and staff from Pennsauken High School, the group, which won two Cappies awards last year, is excited to bring “Hunchback” to life for local audiences April 2-5.

PHS Performs “Disney’s Frozen Junior”

The talented students of Pennsauken High School’s Children’s Theatre and acting classes will perform “Disney’s Frozen Jr.” on Dec. 13 and 14 at Pennsauken High School, 800 Hylton Rd.

Pennsauken High School Performs “Godspell” For Spring Musical

Pennsauken High School is excited to announce their performances of the musical, “Godspell,” held April 4-7. This iconic musical, which highlights parables taken from the Bible, has been a long running success both on and off of Broadway.

Bishop Eustace High School in Pennsauken performs “Little Shop of Horrors,” Feb. 28 through March 2, at the Scottish Rite Theater, 315 White Horse Pike, Collingswood, N.J.

Pennsauken High School Performs “Pippin” For Spring Musical

Pennsauken High School invites the local community to their performances of “Pippin,” held March 15-18. The musical, which originally ran on Broadway in 1972 and enjoyed a revival in 2013, offers the audience the fictional tale of the young prince, Pippin, as told by a costumed performance troupe.
