Fun Pool Day Planned For Pennsauken’s Senior Citizens

The second annual Senior Citizen Appreciation Day at the Pennsauken Municipal Pool, 6100 River Rd., will be held on Thursday, June 8, from noon to 4:00 p.m. Sponsored by Pennsauken Township and its Parks and Recreation Department, Pennsauken seniors aged 62 and over will enjoy a variety of free, fun activities, including games and musical entertainment. In addition, Pennsauken’s first responders will be grilling for the event and interacting with attendees, and members of Township Committee will be serving food to guests.

Pennsauken Township is celebrating our great senior citizens with a special, FREE event!
Senior Appreciation Day will be held on Thursday, June 9, from noon to 4:00 p.m., at the Pennsauken Pool, 6100 River Rd. Both Pennsauken’s police officers and firefighters will be grilling for the event, and members of Township Committee will be serving food to guests. Pennsauken seniors age 62 and over will enjoy a variety of fun activities, including games and musical entertainment. Plus, the pool will be open, so attendees are encouraged to bring their bathing suits!
