Pennsauken Police Trunk Or Treat On October 16
The Pennsauken Township Police Department invites the local community to its third annual Trunk or Treat event on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at 2400 Bethel Ave. Trick or Treaters will be able to safely get candy and other snacks from vehicles decorated for Halloween. Food trucks will also be on site for participants to purchase meals. In addition, trophies will be awarded to the top five trunks!
Pennsauken Police Hold Second Annual Trunk Or Treat
To help the local community get into the Halloween spirit, the Pennsauken Township Police Department is hosting its second annual Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot of the police station, 2400 Bethel Ave. On Wednesday, Oct. 18, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., officers, Township officials and staff, as well as a variety of community groups and businesses, will be handing out Halloween bags, glow sticks, and plenty of candy to all of the little ghosts, goblins, princesses, and superheroes who stop by. There will also be food trucks on site, as well as prizes given out for the best decorated vehicles.

PEA PRIDE Holds Drive-By Trunk Or Treat
The Pennsauken Education Association’s PRIDE division is presenting a Drive-by, COVID-Friendly Trunk or Treat on Sunday, Oct. 24. From 10:00 a.m. to noon that day, families can drive by the main entrance of Pennsauken High School, 800 Hylton Rd., to pick up a Halloween treat bag.
Sign up to receive treat bags is required by Saturday, Oct. 16. To register your family for the event, visit https://bit.ly/PEATrunkorTreat2021 and fill out the easy-to-use form.
Pennsauken PRIDE is an ongoing campaign created to share the education successes of the Pennsauken School District with all Pennsauken residents and build strong community support for and involvement in our great public schools. As part of the Pennsauken PRIDE campaign, members of the Pennsauken Education Association, Pennsauken Support Staff Association, and the Pennsauken Association of School Secretaries embark upon projects that will bring the public schools out into the community and the community into the public schools. To that end, members of these respective groups will endeavor to become a unified force of volunteerism within the Pennsauken community.
Community Halloween Events
In addition to Pennsauken’s Haunted Hay Ride, the upcoming Touch-A-Truck and Trunk or Treat event on Oct. 28, and trick or treating on Halloween, there’s plenty of things to do if you’re looking for some spooky fun!
Touch-A-Truck And Trunk Or Treat Event Held On October 28
The Pennsauken School District and the Pennsauken Education Association are hosting a joint trunk or treat and touch-a-truck event on Sunday, Oct. 28 at Pennsauken High School, 800 Hylton Rd. The touch-a-truck event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., while the trunk or treat occurs from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. This free event encourages children from pre-K through eighth grade to wear their Halloween costumes and enjoy a variety of fun activities.
Martin Luther Chapel Holds Trunk Or Treat On October 29
Martin Luther Chapel will be holding its second annual Trunk or Treat on Sunday, Oct. 29, from noon to 2:00 p.m., in the school parking lot on Baker Ave. at the corner of Rt. 130. Last year’s event was a BIG HIT, so the school is planning to have even more cars and more people attend this year. Each of the decorated cars will have candy to hand out and games to play! Plenty of photo ops will be available as well. The entire event is FREE for children of all ages in creative costumes to trick or treat in a safe place.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the school gym. On site parking will be accessible on Baker Ave.
Touch-A-Truck And Trunk Or Treat Event Held On October 29
UPDATE: While the Touch-A-Truck portion of today’s event has been postponed because of rain, the Trunk or Treat is STILL HAPPENING from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Trunk Or Treat Event Held On October 30
The Rising Community Fellowship, located at 3465 Haddonfield Rd., Pennsauken, is hosting its first-ever trunk or treat event on Sunday, Oct. 30 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
