Enter Your Home In Pennsauken’s Holiday Home Decorating Contest
Pennsauken Township would like to recognize the very best in holiday decorations throughout town. As you get ready to do your best Clark Griswold impersonations, there could be a reward for your efforts this year!
A team of light seekers will be dispatched in their Rudolph-drawn sleighs to judge the most impressive expressions of Christmas spirit the town has to offer. To have your decorated home considered for this year’s contest, complete the online form at PennsaukenEvents.com, by Monday, Dec. 11, and your home will be added to the list.
Each judging team will perform “street view” evaluations of submitted homes for creativity, holiday spirit, and general appeal. Participants can choose from the following categories:
- Storybook Award, Best Theme
- Hallmark Award, Traditional Decorations
- Holiday Spirit Award, Most Stuff
There will also be a “Winter Wonderland” Award for the best overall light display.
Winners will be recognized during Facebook Live videos on the Township’s page – @PennsaukenTwp – right before Christmas. All houses considered for this competition will be included in an online list so that residents can enjoy the local light displays.
