Obituary: John Korinthios
John M. Korinthios, age 80 of Pennsauken, passed away on May 24.
John was the beloved husband of Toula (nee Horiates); devoted father of Michael (Christina) Korinthios and Angeliki (Denny) Kokolis, both of Cherry Hill; loving grandfather of John, Antonio, John, Chris and Cyrena; dear brother of Alexandros “Alekos”, Fragkiskos “Franz,” and Yiakoumina “Mina,” all of Greece. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, sister in laws, and brother in laws.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday, 7:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m., at St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 675 Cooperlanding Rd. Cherry Hill, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Interment is at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, P.O. Box 781352 Philadelphia, PA 19178-1352 or St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church.
MPWC Commissioner Burt German Passes Away

George Burton German, lifelong Merchantville resident and public servant, passed away on April 21, 2018. He leaves behind a legacy of true commitment to his community.
Obituary: David Frost
David L. Frost, 83, of Brigantine, formerly of Pennsauken, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2017. Born in Camden, N.J., Dave dedicated over 40 years to the Camden School System, serving as a teacher, guidance counselor and, lastly, an administrator. He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 56 years, Connie (nee Cambern), whom he met in Texas while serving in the United States Air Force in 1956.
Obituary: Carol Fowler, Lifelong Pennsauken Resident, Community Staple
Carol A. Fowler, a lifelong Pennsauken resident, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at her home. She was 72.
A Triton HS Graduate, Carol retired as the Director of Administration for the Pennsauken Police Dept. after over 25 years of service. Deeply dedicated to her community, Carol was a member of the Pennsauken Elementary School PTA, Past Cheerleading President and Coach of PYAA, Past VP of PYAA, Head Cheerleading Coach of Pennsauken HS, Past President and member of the Pennsauken Board of Education, and member of the Camden County Democratic Committee.
She is survived by three loving children, Adrienne Fowler, Wayne Fowler (Susan), Travis Fowler (Jennifer); seven cherished grandchildren, Caroline, Hayden, Brenden, Gabriel, Ronan, Luke, Vienna; and a beloved sister, Nina Brown-Priest.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 28 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Gaskill-Brown Funeral Home, 33 West Maple Ave., Merchantville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Thursday at Saint Peter Roman Catholic Church, 43 West Maple Ave., Merchantville. Entombment will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to a scholarship established in her honor.

Pennsauken resident and long time school district employee Bernadette “Bernie” Bierbach (nee Loomis) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 11 at the age of 56.
Bernie was the beloved wife of Carl R. Bierbach Jr.; devoted mother of Becky (Jeff) Zola and Carl R. Bierbach III; dear sister of Edward (Kathy) Loomis, Thomas (Mary) Loomis and Kenneth (Kimberly) Loomis; loving daughter in law of Suzanne Bierbach; cherished sister in law of Glenn (Linda) Bierbach and Dave Bierbach. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Longtime Pennsauken resident Mary Keating DiSabato passed away on Oct. 21.
Mary was the beloved wife of Anthony “Sonny” DiSabato, senior coordinator for Pennsauken Township and longtime All Around Pennsauken columnist. She was the mother of Denise Neri, Remo (Patricia) Croce, Elyssa (Michael) Palmisano, Stephen (Tamara Stafford) Croce, Mary K. (Warren) Mazzochette, Anthony (Theresa) DiSabato and Rita (Ben) Tahenakos; cherished nana of Jason, Justin (Nicole), Joshua (Leslie), Michael (Jackie), Anthony, Mary (Tom), Remo (fiancé Lindsay), Sarah, Danielle, Warren (Rachel), Zachary, Wyatt, Sam, Leo, Nicholas, Joseph, Kaiya and Jadyn; great-grandmother of Evangeline, Madden, Thomas, Atticus, Rosemary, Oliver and Juliet; and dear sister of the late Barbara (the late Anthony) Petracci, Dolores (the late John) Spicer, and Michael (Theresa) Keating. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
