Pennsauken Township announced that they have closed the Pennsauken Country Club because a member of the staff has contracted the coronavirus.

“Effective immediately, the Pennsauken Country Club will be closed for several days, as a member of the staff has tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19),” the Township said in an online statement. “Exposed staff members have been quarantined.”

Contact tracing is currently ongoing and any individuals impacted by the exposure will be contacted directly. The Township will not reopen the facility until officials determine that it “100 percent safe” to do so.
