Veterans Benefits Administration Hosts Tele-Town Hall
Information provided by Camden County Board of Freeholders
The Veterans Benefits Administration will be hosting a tele-town hall today, April 7, at 4:00 p.m. to provide the latest benefits updates to veterans and to maintain an open line of communication.
The event will feature remarks from Under Secretary for Benefits Paul Lawrence, as well as answers to questions from actual veterans in our community.
“With federal stimulus efforts and a host of measures intended to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, it is important for veterans to understand how their benefits will or will not be impacted,” said Freeholder Melinda Kane, liaison to the Office of Veterans Affairs. “If you have any questions about your benefits as a veteran, you are encouraged to call in at 4 p.m. or submit questions in advance of the event.”
Participants are encouraged to dial in ten minutes prior to 4:00 p.m. at 844-227-7557. Some questions will be asked live during the call, however participants may also submit questions in advance on the LinkedIn page of Under Secretary Lawrence.
